Response Centre 8.3145, PPC

Greetings, everyone...

First off, introductions.

I'm Agent Logan, PPC. I'm a new recruit - so new that I don't have a department yet! But I'm hopeful that I'll get a partner soon...

For those who want to know a bit about me (well, there might be one!) I'm Australian, 19, and rather insane.
I like sharp, pointy implements (who doesn't?), music (I play the violin) and my main areas of expertise are Tolkien verse, Star Wars and Discworld. I also have a smattering of other canons, including the Matrix, Potter, the Riftwar series (not that there are many fanfics...), Pirates of the Caribbean, Hornblower...

Of course, I am somewhat psychotic (I AM a PPC recruit!), prone to random outbursts involving the words 'chicken', and I have a tendency to blame any unexplained phenomenon on Phlogisten...

I am yet to go on any missions, but I'm spending the time until the Marquis de Sod finds me a partner learning how to fight with a sword - I already like games involving stick-like implements (eg Hockey), but wouldn't want to rely on it against a Warrior-Sue.

I also have a mini-Balrog, Isengrad, who tends to goose-step when he thinks I'm not looking, and I've caught him marshalling toy orcs into military parades when my back is turned. He's a good mini though, and hasn't burned too much furniture yet...although he has a flaming bear-hat that could cause trouble!

I'm currently in the Marquis de Sod's office, watching Isengrad finish off the last of his bacon and waiting for my partner to arrive.

Should have brought more bacon, though... Isengrad's getting tetchy.
